"I used the symbols for approximately one week, several times a day reducing to once a day. I sensed a restructuring and expansion of the heart chakra resulting in increased capacity for love as a state of existence. I used the Power Symbol first and then the Heart Chakra Symbol for up to 10 minutes of focused looking at each.
